NATURE OF YOUR DREAMS

We have dreams every night, whether we remember them or not. But did you know that there are different kinds of dreams?

1. DAYDREAM:

Studies show that we daydream an average of 70-120 minutes a day. Daydreaming occurs during our waking hrs when we let our imagination carry us away.

2. LUCID DREAM:

Occurs when u actually realize that you are dreaming in the middle of the dream itself.

3. NIGHTMARE:

It's a disturbing dream that causes the dreamer to wake up feeling Anxious & Frightened They are most often responses to real-life trauma and situations either in the post or the present and may also occur when we’ve failed to resolve a situation satisfactorily. They are also common during times of grief, loss, illness and upheaval.

4. RECURRING DREAMS:

Recurring dreams repeat themselves with little variation in story or theme and can be positive, but are most often Nightmares. A dream may recur because a conflict depicted in it remains unresolved and ignored.

5. EPIC DREAMS:

These dreams are so huge, compelling and vivid that you can't ignore them. The details of such dreams remain with you for years, as if you dreamt them just last night.
