Talking about skin
Sunbathing regularly which is considered good is in fact, damaging your skin. If you're a big sunbather, you should understand that you get wrinkles resulting a premature ageing. If you're a smoker, then you should know that, tobacco smoke dries out the surface of the skin leaving it dry and prone to wrinkling, it reduce the blood flow to the skin and reduce oxygen and essential nutrients. It depletes Vitamin ‘A’ which helps to protect the skin against damaging pollutants. And alcohol consumption causes blood vessels in the skin to widen, allowing more blood to flow close to the surface. That's why skin looks rosy, spotty and discolored for days. So, stop drinking alcohol instead drink plenty of water as we know water is easily lost through the skin. Drinking water is essential but not enough to replace the skin's natural radiance and glow that helps to look and feel healthy. We tend to link junk food to weight gain and heart disease but they also damage your skin... a poor diet leads to lack of nutrition and result in sallow, dull and sagging skin. Well to avoid this you can take food that helps to cut down on carbohydrates.
