Add spice to your work out

Does it seem like you have been trudging on that treadmill for the last 10 years? Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations, and is based on the principle that a workout should be ‘FUN TO DO'. Zumba is not only great for the body, it is also great for the mind and it is a ‘feel happy workout'. Music – dance themes creating a dynamic effective fitness system. This routine features aerobic/ fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximise calorific output, fat burning and overall body toning. It is a combination of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba as a new trend in fitness, has really caught on – its very ‘dancey' and everyone can follow it and its great for all levels of fitness and its something totally exciting and different to try out.

Bootcamp
A military style program that incorporates a circuit of drills ranging form running and jumping jacks to push-ups, squats and sit-ups, which appeals to people who like to pack a hard intense workout into a short span of time. It also makes exercise more collaborative as you can have a ‘buddy system' or workout in groups
